The dreaded lurgy...

I was in London Sunday to Tuesday for an exciting conference (sarcasm) and came back with the dreaded lurgy. I haven't been that sick in quite a while... 102.9F fever, chills, shakes, unbearable cough, sweats, headache, a bit of halucination... ah, it was brilliant! And over Valentine's Day, such a lucky girl. I did have a bit of joy when I got these delivered to the house...

I returned to work today to over 150 emails... which I'm still trying to get through. I'm so busy at work with about 15 conferences coming up. Better get some rest tonight! Til next time...

It's Official....

The house is on the market. The sign was up and knocked down in less than a week... thank you to our wonderful local hoodlums.... I'll really miss them. If we achieve our asking price (which we are pretty much guaranteed) we'll make a cool £80K ($160K) in 2 years- god bless the crazy northern irish housing market. Our house in all her glory...

Living Room- Can't afford to get rid of the mahogany fireplace, but it'll have to do...

Dining area...

Kitchen- I wanted to put up shelves in the far corner, but in the end couldn't be bothered.

One of the bedrooms...

And the loft...

There are another 2 bedrooms, family bathroom and downstairs bathroom, but couldn't be bothered posting the rest. So happy it's finally on the market!! Now all we need to do is sell it for £20K over the asking price and get confirmation on our new house in Mount Eagles... easy, right?

Saturday with Isabella and the girls

I'm a bit late putting up these pictures....

The other Saturday (3rd of February) all of us girls went up to Jacqui's house for lunch and cooing over little Isabella. Here's Wendy enjoying some quality time with the princess.

Here's proud Momma who's looking great, by the way, only a mere 4 weeks after giving birth!

Me, Charmaine, Cathy and Jacqui with the gorgeous Isabella! We fought over who would hold and kiss her all day!
